About CogniX
CogniX cc LLC publishes free, informational guides that help households plan weekly menus, reduce food waste and spend more intentionally at the grocery store.
Why we started CogniX
CogniX began as an internal set of planning notes shared between a small group of people who were tired of throwing away wilted vegetables and forgotten leftovers. What started as a shared spreadsheet grew into a structured set of guides on menu planning, storage and mindful shopping.
Today CogniX is an independent, informational website. We do not sell meal kits, groceries, or subscriptions, and we do not process payments of any kind. Our only goal is to publish clear, practical content that helps readers plan better and spend more intentionally.
Our principles
Informational, always free
Every guide, checklist and template on this site is free to read. We do not gate content behind a paywall or offer paid tiers.
Practical over theoretical
We favor short, actionable guidance that fits into a real weekly routine over long theoretical explanations.
Respectful of your data
We collect only what is necessary to respond to inquiries and improve the site, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The team behind the guides
CogniX is maintained by a small, focused editorial and research team.
Editorial Lead
